"My home appliance is a manufactured product like 99% of famous brands, I can buy it at home and feel secure. Many home appliance buyers say it is more beautiful than the real thing they buy hundreds of millions" - Sisterboutiqueluxury's phone staff advertised.
Regarding the issue of wanting to go to the store to choose a bag that suits her, the store employee said: "I sympathize with you now being the peak of inspection, my family is selling "sensitive" goods, so I can't let customers come to see it directly, if you're satisfied, I'll ship it to you to check and get it" - the store employee said.
Also specializing in selling fake bags of major brands on Shopee, the booth named baohanluxurybag also regularly advertises the sale of bags with prices ranging from a few hundred to a few million VND.
Suggesting to buy a Dior brand bag for 2,156,000 VND, the reporter (PV) asked to go to the store to see the product, the seller admitted: "mainly processed goods, at this time it is extremely difficult for customers to come and see. If I book online, it's always available."
Direct stores also switch to online shipping
Regularly posting and running advertisements for cheap fake branded bags, Minh Hien Store said that selling most of the products is a current "trend".

Setting up a Louis Vuitton On The Go bag, 22 inches wide - considered a "hot trend" product, the female employee introduced it as the best seller (most selling product - PV) of the shop, priced at more than VND 1,480,000, while at a genuine store, this product costs more than VND 90 million.
"Are counterfeit sales people not afraid of market management fines? ", we asked. The female employee replied: " Yes, but this facility of ours is located deep inside and is still in good condition. The 157B facility on Ba Trieu Street is currently more crowded, afraid of being inspected, so they do not dare to display many goods".
Mr. Nguyen Dang Sinh - Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Anti-Counterfeiting and Brand Protection - affirmed: The act of selling counterfeit goods, counterfeit goods, and infringing on intellectual property rights is a manifestation of disregard for the law, serious violation of current regulations and even potential signs of criminalism.
According to Mr. Sinh, in the context of Vietnam's commitment to implementing international trade agreements related to the protection of intellectual property rights, strictly complying with these commitments is not only a legal obligation, but also a mandatory requirement to ensure national prestige and position in the international arena. If not strictly implemented, Vietnam may face the risk of being sued and sanctioned according to the dispute settlement mechanism of free trade agreements.
Worryingly, according to Mr. Sinh, a part of consumers know that the product is counterfeit, but still support their consumption. "In France, if consumers are found to be using counterfeit goods, the authorities can immediately confiscate them and even punish them.
In Vietnam, there are currently no sanctions against consumers, but to completely prevent this supporting activity, it is necessary to strictly handle organizations and individuals producing and trading counterfeit goods" - Mr. Sinh emphasized.
