Business households and individuals selling goods online can now pay taxes through many electronic channels, helping to save time and travel costs.

Business households and individuals can pay taxes through:

- Portal for receiving and processing administrative procedures.

- National Public Service Portal.

- Payment services of commercial banks, foreign bank branches.

- Pay taxes via eTaxMobile application

The steps to implement tax payment are as follows:

(1) Submission through the Portal for receiving and processing administrative procedures

Step 1: Households and individuals log in to the Information Portal for receiving and processing administrative procedures according to the issued MST, select the Function of Making Payment Slips.

Step 2: Households and individuals declare or check information on the Payment Slip:

- In case of payment for tax obligations without the ID code of the amount to be paid: households and individuals declare the information on the Payment Slip to the State budget including: information about the tax authority, State Treasury where the revenue arises; information about the tax amount paid to the State budget.

- In case of payment for tax obligations, there is an ID code for the amount to be paid, and at the same time meeting the payment order requirements: households and individuals check the information of the Payment Slip to the State budget that has been filled in by the system according to the ID code of the amount to be paid.

Step 3: Households and individuals confirm completion of preparing the Payment Slip to the State budget by entering the OTP code sent to the registered phone number.

Step 4: Households and individuals look up the Money Deposit Slip and related Notices at the Portal for receiving and processing Administrative Procedures.

(2) Submission through the National Public Service Portal

Step 1: Households and individuals log in to the National Public Service Portal System according to the regulations of the National Public Service Portal, choose to pay taxes.

before carrying out tax payment, the taxpayer shall link the account with the bank where the taxpayer opens the payment account according to the guidance of the National Public Service Portal.

Step 2: Households and individuals declare information to the tax authority, State Treasury where the revenue arises, information about tax payment to the state budget in the Payment Slip to the state budget and confirm the completion of preparing the Payment Slip to the state budget.

Step 3: Households and individuals look up the Payment Slip and related Notices at the National Public Service Portal.

(3) Submission through electronic payment services of commercial banks, foreign bank branches

Step 1: Households and individuals pay taxes through the commercial banking system, bank branches through forms and services provided by the bank such as: paying money at the counter, through the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.

Step 2: Households and individuals look up the Money Deposit Slip and related Notices at the Electronic Payment Portal of the Bank.

(4) Submission via the eTaxMobile application (for resident individuals with personal identification numbers)

Step 1: Households and individuals log in to the eTaxMobile application using the "Electronic Identification" account or the electronic tax account that has been issued to households and individuals.

Step 2: Select "Tax Payment Function Group

- In case tax obligations have not arisen (early payment of tax), households and individuals choose the function "Automately make a payment slip" and fill in all information including: information about the tax authority, State Treasury where the revenue arises; information about the state budget tax paid according to the form displayed on the application.

- In case tax obligations have arisen, households and individuals choose the function "Tax Payment"; continue to choose "Search for payment items"; continue to choose "Tax Payment", continue to choose "Create a payment slip", and perform the next steps in the application.

Step 3: After completing the information entry on the Money Deposit Slip, households and individuals enter the OTP code of the linked bank to pay taxes.
