More than 10,000 people attended the Mekong Delta OCOP Product Connection Forum 2025

An Giang - After 4 days of operation, the Mekong Delta OCOP Product Connection Forum 2025 has attracted over 10,000 people.

On the evening of September 28, at the walking street, Long Xuyen ward, the Forum on connecting OCOP products in the Mekong Delta 2025 organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment in coordination with the People's Committee of An Giang province ended with the closing ceremony.

Reporting at the ceremony, Mr. Le Huu Toan - Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of An Giang province, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Organizing Committee of the Forum - said that after 4 days of opening (September 25-28, 2025) with 4 main contents: Product display; trade connection conference, product development workshop; online livestream sales program; Outstanding OCOP product contest attracted over 10,000 people to visit, shop, and connect trade.

With a scale of 226 booths with 5,400 OCOP products from 12 provinces and cities across the country, this figure not only speaks to the forum's spread but also affirms the forum's practicality for businesses and OCOP product entities in the trend of developing goods according to standards with traceability, safety, quality...

In the competition for typical OCOP products in the Mekong Delta, there are 25 products representing provinces that meet the criteria from 4 stars participating. Through objective and fair selection, the judges selected 17 winning products. "The good news is that many products participating in the forum have connected trade to supply chains and supermarket systems. Banks also have activities to practically support OCOP product entities such as opening credit contract accounts with preferential rates - Mr. Toan emphasized.

On this occasion, the Organizing Committee also expressed gratitude to sponsors and people who have contributed to the forum.
