EVNNPC said that the incident handling work is being deployed by the unit urgently and safely, according to the "4 on-site" motto. EVNNPC has activated all incident response plans, mobilizing forces, materials and means to quickly approach the scene, handle incidents and gradually restore power supply. During the implementation process, units will prioritize the supply of electricity to important loads such as hospitals, medical facilities, drainage pumping stations, natural disaster prevention agencies and communication systems.
Currently, there are more than 1.6 million customers, equivalent to 18.71% of the total number of EVNNPC customers, waiting to be supplied with electricity again.
For the 110kV grid, all 35/35 transformer stations have been restored to operation. However, there are still 7 lines that cannot be put into operation, of which 4 are in Thanh Hoa and 3 are in Nghe An due to the severity of damage and difficult access conditions.
For the medium voltage grid, the construction force has restored power to about 47% of transformer stations and 57% of power lines with problems. The team of officers, engineers and technical workers are working day and night, regardless of the weather and complex terrain to soon bring electricity back to the people. EVNNPC also strengthens coordination with local authorities, functional forces and infrastructure management units to create the most favorable conditions for construction work.
Storm No. 10 and its circulation have seriously affected the power grid within the scope of EVNNPC's management, causing more than 3.5 million customers to have interrupted power supply.
