Recently, information has appeared on some social networking sites saying that customers' electricity bills in August increased compared to the previous month. However, there is currently no basis to authenticate these reflections.
In that situation, the Central Power Corporation (EVNCPC) has directed member Power Companies to strengthen information work to customers.
EVNCPC recommends that people with questions about electricity bills should contact the Central Power Customer Care Center directly via 19001909 for timely support and answers.
In addition, EVNCPC encourages customers to install the EVNCPC CSKH application to monitor daily electricity output, helping to promptly detect abnormalities in the use of electricity, promptly handle incidents such as collisions that cause unsafety and increase electricity consumption.

In case the bill shows unusual signs, the electricity industry will coordinate with customers to actually check the electrical system to determine the cause, not excluding the possibility of a failed power line or electrical equipment in the family.
EVNCPC affirms to always listen to, receive and promptly process feedback; ensure the legitimate rights of electricity users; and at the same time commit to providing transparent, public and reliable electricity services.
