On August 8, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, Dien Ha Commune Police in coordination with the Commune Economic Department conducted an inspection and discovered at the house of Mr. Do Van T (born in 1996, residing in Dien Ha commune, Hung Yen province) the act of keeping 12 dogs that had been slaughtered, with a total weight of about 150kg.
Through inspection, the above dog meat was stored in a freezer placed at Mr. T.'s biological father's house.
At the time of inspection, Mr. T could not present invoices, documents or documents proving the origin of the above-mentioned goods.
Working with functional forces, Mr. T confessed that he had bought and collected this dog meat from many places with the aim of selling it to the market for profit.
Currently, Dien Ha Commune Police are coordinating with the Commune Economic Department to continue to verify and clarify the origin of the above goods and complete the dossier to advise the Commune People's Committee to handle the case in accordance with the law.
