Accordingly, the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province received an Official Dispatch dated November 4, 2024 from Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company (project investor) on adding industries to attract investment in Gia Binh II Industrial Park. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Management Board of Industrial Parks to preside over and coordinate with relevant Departments and branches: Review and resolve the proposal of Hanaka Group Joint Stock Company to ensure compliance with prescribed procedures and environmental safety; advise and propose contents under the authority of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee according to regulations.
Gia Binh II Industrial Park Project, with a scale of 250 hectares, located in Gia Binh district (Bac Ninh province), started construction in July 2023. The project is invested by Hanaka Group, with a total investment of VND 3,956.8 billion.
Up to now, the project has compensated and cleared 247.5 hectares of land and leveled about 50% of the total area of the industrial park; basically completed internal roads in the industrial park, wastewater treatment plant, and attracted 3 secondary investors.
Notable among them is the Glory Faith Vietnam Electronics Factory Project of KingBoard Group with a total area of over 44,000m2 and a total investment of 120 million USD.
This is the first ecological - circular industrial park model in Bac Ninh province, expected to attract domestic and foreign investors in high-tech, environmentally friendly fields such as processing, manufacturing, transportation, warehousing, information and communication...
Bac Ninh currently has 16 concentrated industrial parks whose development planning has been approved by the Prime Minister, with a total area of 6,397.68 hectares; 12/16 industrial parks have come into operation.
Data up to September 2024, Bac Ninh industrial parks attracted nearly 2,100 secondary projects (FDI nearly 1,430 projects, domestic more than 625 projects).
