Over the past 10 years, Khanh Hoa has maintained a high growth rate, the economic structure has shifted in a positive direction. In particular, since the beginning of the 18th Provincial Party Congress term, despite many common difficulties in the country, the province has maintained solidarity and unity, focusing on building a clean and strong Party and political system.
The provincial government has promptly perfected the policy institution, taking advantage of resources from the central level to promote development. In 2024, Khanh Hoa achieved many outstanding achievements with 22/22 socio -economic, national defense and security targets completed comprehensively. Notably, the provincial economy grew in the 3rd consecutive year at two numbers (over 10%), belonging to the 10 local group with the highest growth rate in the country. State budget revenue reached nearly 20,500 billion dong, up 13% compared to the previous year.
The province also prepared a solid foundation for the new development stage, completed the large zoning plan, opened up development space for key projects, and attracted strategic investment. The implementation of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo on the construction and development of Khanh Hoa province until 2030, with a vision to 2045, has been implemented synchronously and drastically, creating strong development momentum.
Cultural and social development, ensuring social security
Along with economic development, Khanh Hoa organizes many cultural and artistic activities of national and international scale, such as: The First Jazz International Music Festival, Nha Trang International Light Bay Festival, Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival, Golden Kite Award Ceremony... contributing to promoting the province's image to friends and domestic and foreign tourists.
Social security work is focused on, ensuring the lives of people. The poverty reduction program has achieved positive results, Khanh Son and Khanh Vinh districts are eligible for poverty reduction recognition. At the same time, the province has quickly implemented the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses, contributing to improving the quality of life for the people.
The activities of the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations are increasingly substantial, promoting the role of supervision and criticism, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management. The arrangement and streamlining of the political system apparatus is being vigorously implemented, ensuring the principle of "streamlined - compact - strong - efficient - effective - effective".
In 2025, it is particularly important, the last year of the term, deciding the completion of the goals of the Resolution of the XVIII Provincial Party Congress and the 5 -year socio -economic development plan (2021 - 2025). This is also the year of conducting the Party Congress at all levels, towards the XIX Provincial Party Congress and the XIV National Party Congress.
Facing potential and challenges, Khanh Hoa aims to accelerate, make breakthroughs, strive to achieve the highest socio-economic development targets. The province aims for double-digit continuous growth, putting Khanh Hoa in the group of 15 localities with the highest average income per capita in the country.
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan assessed that the 50 -year milestone on the liberation of Khanh Hoa province and 50 days of liberation in the South, reunification of the country was an important event of the country and the province.
