Accordingly, two major projects will be implemented including: Dien Thanh New Urban Area (139.4ha) in Dien Thanh, Suoi Hiep, Dien Loc, Binh Loc communes (Dien Khanh district) and Cam Lam Mixed Urban Area (102.5ha) in Cam Hai Dong commune (Cam Lam district).
The Cam Lam Mixed-use Urban Area Project is proposed by C.E.O Group Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of more than VND 9,071 billion, a population of 10,866 people, and implementation period from 2027-2031. This urban area is planned synchronously with types of townhouses, villas, apartments, social housing, along with commercial, tourism, and resort items.
The Dien Thanh New Urban Area Project is proposed by Hanoi TV Company Limited, with a total investment of VND4,878 billion, serving about 24,000 people. The project will last 9.5 years (from the first quarter of 2025 to the second quarter of 2024) to build a modern, synchronous urban area to meet the housing and utility needs of the people.
The progress of the bidding procedures for investor selection is expected to be about 120 days.
