On October 10, the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province announced that it has a plan to support the development of an innovative startup ecosystem and support businesses and organizations in scientific and technological activities in the province in 2025.
According to the plan, in 2025, Khanh Hoa will focus on building and strongly developing communication work on innovative startups.
Specifically, the province continues to operate the Khanh Hoa Innovation Electronic Information Page at https://innokhanhhoa.vn, and opens an additional Youtube channel and Fanpage "Innovation Startup in Khanh Hoa Province".
At the same time, the "Khanh Hoa Creative Startup" section will be maintained on local press, radio and television channels and on the Science, Technology and Innovation Newsletter (under the Department of Science and Technology).
Khanh Hoa province will also organize the 2025 Innovation and Startup Contest with the theme "Innovative startups - solving practical problems".
At the same time, organize the Innovation and Startup Festival to create a forum for exchange and sharing among entities in the ecosystem, thereby promoting cooperation and investment.
In addition, the province continues to implement the creative startup program in 2025, striving to establish at least 3 new innovative startups.
Along with that are training activities to improve skills and capacity, organize seminars - forums to connect provincial-level startups and participate in national forums.
The province will also evaluate the conditions for establishing a Khanh Hoa Adventure Investment Fund to promote investment in potential projects.
In the field of science and technology, Khanh Hoa will focus on supporting the development of the technology market, connecting supply and demand, participating in technology markets, technology exhibitions and special products.
The province plans to support the development and application of advanced quality management systems (VietGAP, GlobalGAP, VietGAHP, HACCP...) for about 10 enterprises and organizations in the South Khanh Hoa region, especially units with OCOP products and local specialty products.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology - the standing agency of the Executive Board - to monitor, urge, guide and coordinate with departments, branches and localities to effectively implement the plan.
At the same time, proactively advise and propose policies and orientations for developing an innovative startup ecosystem in line with the orientation of the Central and Provincial Party Committee.
