On the morning of October 10, Road Management Office I.1 (Vietnam Road Administration) reported on the local flooding situation on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway.
Regarding the status of bridges and roads: local flooding was recorded at Km28+800 - Km29+050 TT, about 150 m long towards Thai Nguyen - Hanoi (flooded about 60 cm); Km28+850 - Km29+050 PT, about 100 m long towards Hanoi - Thai Nguyen (flooded about 15 cm).
Road Management Office I.3, Bac Nam Company in coordination with the Traffic Police Department, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police to divert traffic at Yen Binh intersection at Km41+350 (T); coordinate with Road Traffic Police Team No. 15 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) to divert traffic at Km29+250 (P).
The Road Management Office I.3 has also issued a notice to divert vehicles to avoid flooded areas on the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway.
Accordingly, vehicles with less than 9 seats from Hanoi - Thai Nguyen, the old Bac Kan, Cao Bang will follow the Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (CT07) to the Bac Phu intersection at Km26, to National Highway 3 at Km24 and National Highway 37 to Bac Ninh.
In the afternoon from Cao Bang, the old Bac Kan, Thai Nguyen will go to Hanoi, take CT07 highway to Yen Binh intersection at Km41+850, go to National Highway 3 at Km42, continue to Hanoi and the plain provinces.
