Khanh Hoa province requires the organization of monthly and quarterly dialogues on each field group such as: industry, energy, tourism, urban areas, etc.
Such a dialogue aims to promptly unlock resources, create new momentum for socio-economic growth, towards the goal of a double-digit growth decade.
Along with that, it is necessary to continue promoting administrative reform, digital transformation, improving the investment and business environment, creating conditions for the private economy to participate in investing in infrastructure development of the province.
The Provincial People's Committee also requested departments, branches and sectors to strongly implement mechanisms and policies in Resolution No. 189 on special investment mechanisms for Ninh Thuan Nuclear Power Project and Resolution No. 55 on piloting a number of specific mechanisms for the development of Khanh Hoa to attract and effectively use resources.
Khanh Hoa provincial leaders emphasized that heads of departments, branches and localities must directly direct the improvement of the investment environment, and be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the results of handling difficulties and problems of enterprises.
Proactively resolve according to authority, not push responsibility to higher authorities. Every month, every quarter or upon request, units must report results and compile them to the Provincial Investment - Trade - Tourism Promotion Center for advice.
