According to the recorded image, at the time of the incident, the man was lying motionless near the stage where a crowded event was taking place, including children attending. The incident happened at a time when the shopping mall was crowded with customers, causing many people to panic.
Talking to a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Hoang Hai - Chairman of Long Bien Ward People's Committee confirmed that there was an incident where a young man fell from a high floor to the ground. The victim was then quickly taken to the emergency room by local people. The incident is currently being investigated by the authorities to clarify the cause.
