On the afternoon of July 31, at Tam Hiep Port Logistics Industrial Park (Da Nang City), Indusvalley Chu Lai Joint Stock Company - a member of An An Hoa Group - held a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II of the Indusvalley Chu Lai Rental Factory Area Project, notably the Karcher Vietnam Technology Cleaning Equipment Factory, Phase II. This is an important milestone in the cooperation process between An An Hoa and Karcher Group (Germany), and at the same time a vivid demonstration of the connection between Vietnamese enterprises and international investors.

The Karcher plant project started Phase I in April 2023 and was completed in October of the same year, with an investment capital of more than 300 billion VND. Phase II continues to expand scale, raising total investment capital to more than 500 billion VND, aiming to increase capacity to 1.7 million products/year, with production technology and factory standards meeting European standards, environmentally friendly.
The project is expected to create jobs for 300500 workers, while creating a value chain to support the cleaning industry in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.
The entire industrial park developed by An Hoa is located in Chu Lai Open Economic Zone - the key economic region of the Central region. With more than 70 hectares of ready-made industrial land and competitive rental prices (from 3.6 USD/m2/month), accompanied by full-package services - from design, construction, operation to legality, environment, PCCC An Hoa affirms its position as a pioneer in providing high-quality factory services in the Central region.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City, affirmed: "Da Nang City is committed to continuing to support and create maximum favorable conditions for investors to develop together, share together, and create an attractive, transparent, and effective investment environment for the common prosperity of the Central region and the whole country".
In particular, the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II also has profound foreign significance when taking place on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Germany. According to Mr. Tran Nam Hung, this is not only the result of a persistent cooperation process but also opens a new, more substantial chapter in economic, technological and environmental relations between the two countries.
