Step by step improving e-commerce operation capacity for Vietnamese SMEs
The first training session of the "Vietnamese Business Support" program organized by Shopee in coordination with partners attracted stacks of houses for sale on the floor, from new operating houses to those with operating experience. The program also received special attention from the group of houses for sale that are in a growth phase, starting to pay attention to systematic operation, wishing to optimize and expand scale.
The content of the first training session revolved around the theme "Sales Trends and Business Planning on Shopee 2026", providing sellers with a systematic perspective on the e-commerce market in the new context, thereby shaping directions and operating strategies suitable for each development stage. In addition, the training session delved into methods of analyzing customer behavior and optimizing booth operations through exploiting tools and ecosystems inside and outside the floor.

The training session was attended by a team of experts from Shopee, Shopee University, along with Shopee Enabler - an operating partner with rich experience in booth management and marketing activities. This combination creates a different value for the "Vietnamese Business Support" 2026 series, when sellers are both updated with new tools and support programs of the exchange, and have access to practical operational experience and growth strategies from partners.

Shopee accompanies and supports long-term growth promotion for SMEs
According to 2025 data, more than 99% of sellers operating on Shopee are domestic sellers, with more than 11 million "made-in-Vietnam" items, consuming an average of hundreds of millions of products each quarter. These figures show the increasing role of SMEs and Vietnamese sellers in the e-commerce ecosystem, while posing an urgent requirement to improve operational capacity to maintain and expand long-term growth.
On that basis, Shopee continues to promote the training chain within the framework of the "Vietnamese Business Support" program, focusing on supporting SMEs to master digital tools, optimize operation and improve business efficiency on e-commerce.

In the coming time, SMEs participating in the program will have access to a systematic training roadmap from basic to in-depth, focusing on core competencies such as booth management, marketing tool deployment, livestream sales and data exploitation effectively.
