Optimize from orders to user emotions

In 2025, Shopee focuses on comprehensively upgrading the shopping journey for users. In addition to maintaining the monthly Mega Sale chain, the platform strengthens free shipping incentives, especially for bulky goods and high-value products. According to statistics, users have traded about 5 billion products, saving an estimated 45,000 billion VND.
Shopee also improved delivery speed with 4-hour express delivery methods and fast delivery during the day, recording 25 million orders delivered by express delivery.
The platform also promotes the shopping-entertainment model on Shopee Live and Shopee Video through many programs such as Birthday Music Show 12.12, the derivative video series from the reality show "Haha Meal", the livestream series "Sao Thi Sao" and Shopee Debut. These contents attracted 41 billion views of Shopee Live and Shopee Video in 2025, an increase of 33% compared to 2024.
Technology to improve operating standards and promote growth

Shopee has introduced a series of new AI tools to optimize the experience for both sellers and buyers. In just a few months of deployment, AI tools have supported sellers to process more than 36 million conversations.
At the same time, the Shopee Brand Protection program is expanded with the Shopee Brand Protection program with a registration and intellectual property protection gateway for more than 1,500 brands.
By the first half of 2025, Shopee Mall recorded 28 million active shoppers, of which 40% were new customers. Compared to the beginning of the year, the number of orders on Shopee Premium doubled in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Bringing Vietnamese goods far
Also in 2025, Shopee implemented a series of programs to support the MSME community to bring Vietnamese goods to the international market. Typically, the "Tinh hoa Viet" livestream series and the OCOP introduction event, and at the same time organized 70 training courses, helping 20,000 local sellers participate in improving operational skills and digital transformation.
Shopee also cooperates with the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy (Ministry of Industry and Trade) to implement the program "Shopee EZXports: Vietnam Everywhere", supporting MSME Vietnam to export online in Southeast Asia. MSME support initiatives have expanded new growth potential for Vietnamese goods in the international market, recording more than 180 million USD in export value by the end of 2025.
Commitment to long-term reinvestment
Stepping into 2026, Shopee said it will promote ecosystem reinvestment, focusing on improving transaction safety and supporting MSMEs and sellers to expand their scale.

With the seller and brand, the platform will continue to develop a tool ecosystem to improve operational efficiency, while supporting Vietnamese businesses to reach out to the Southeast Asian market through export promotion programs.
