On December 18, the Gia Lai Economic Zone Management Board said that it had just coordinated with Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd., the People's Committees of Bo Ngoong and Ia To communes to organize a meeting and information with investors about the Nam Pleiku Industrial Park project.
In recent times, the Nam Pleiku Industrial Park project has attracted the attention of many businesses in the area, prioritizing investment in encouraging activities of deep processing of agricultural products and high-tech production.
The project is conveniently located, near National Highway 14, National Highway 19 and is located on a large raw material area, specializing in agricultural products such as rubber, banana, pepper, coffee, etc.

The Nam Pleiku Industrial Park project contributes to promoting the socio-economic development of the province, creating jobs for local workers, in the context that some industrial parks in western Gia Lai have basically filled up the leased area.
After many years of stagnation and prolonged problems with legal procedures such as: licensing, land planning, traffic connection, file appraisal, etc., the project has now been cleared of "bottlenecks" by the provincial government and central ministries and branches to speed up the implementation progress.

It is expected that the project will be put into operation and exploitation in 2026. Mr. Le Trung Kien - General Director of Chu Se Rubber Company said: "Currently, the site clearance work has basically been completed; if there are no obstacles, the entire area will be completed in February next year. However, the company will hand over the site to investors as soon as it meets the conditions, without having to wait until February".
Nam Pleiku Industrial Park (also known as VRG Gia Lai Industrial Park Branch) is invested by Chu Se Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. The project has a total area of over 191 hectares, and was approved by the Prime Minister on September 3, 2019.
