Inspecting a fashion store, discovering clothes suspected of counterfeiting brands in Ninh Binh

    Ninh Binh - Functional forces discovered and temporarily seized many clothing products suspected of counterfeiting famous brands at a fashion store in Hai An commune.

    On June 4, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that Hai An Commune Police had just coordinated with Market Management Team (QLTT) No. 5, Ninh Binh Provincial Market Management Sub-Department to inspect the compliance with legal regulations for P.N fashion store in Hai An commune.

    During the inspection, the working group discovered a number of products including clothes showing signs of counterfeiting famous foreign brands on the market.

    At the time of inspection, the facility owner could not present invoices and documents proving the legal origin of the above goods; and also could not provide documents related to the permission to use trademarks or authorization documents of trademark owners as prescribed.

    Functional forces have made a record and temporarily seized all goods showing signs of trademark counterfeiting to continue verifying, clarifying and handling according to the provisions of law.
