On June 6, according to Ninh Binh Provincial Police, Tan Minh Commune Police just coordinated with Market Management Team No. 9 to inspect the business activities of a business household owned by Ms. N.T. T (born in 1992, residing in Tan Minh commune).
Through inspection, functional forces discovered that the establishment was selling 15 pairs of shoes and 36 pairs of sandals showing signs of counterfeiting trademarks protected in Vietnam. The total value of the above goods is estimated at about 9 million VND.
At the time of inspection, all of the above goods did not have product labels, no origin authentication codes, and the presentation of logos, symbols and fonts on the products had many signs that did not meet the standards of genuine brands. The business household owner also could not present invoices and documents proving the origin of goods according to the provisions of law.
Currently, Tan Minh Commune Police are continuing to coordinate with Market Management Team No. 9 to continue verifying and handling the case in accordance with the law.
