Suspicious car inspection, discovering many goods of unknown origin in Ninh Binh

Ninh Binh - Police forces discovered a car carrying a shipment worth about 47 million VND but without papers proving origin.

On May 20, Ninh Binh Provincial Police said that through patrol and control work, at about 9:30 am on May 19, at km256 + 600 National Highway 1A in Tay Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province, the Task Force of Tam Diep Traffic Police Station under the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police inspected and discovered a car with license plate 35A-660. xx driven by Tran Duc H (born in 1999, residing in Yen Thang ward) with many suspicious signs. The Task Force proceeded to stop and inspect the vehicle.

During the inspection, the Task Force discovered that the car was carrying a quantity of goods including 60 cans of condensed milk; 36 bottles of soy sauce; 20 packages of cereals; 48 packages of seaweed; 128 boxes of yogurt. The total value of the goods is estimated at about 47 million VND.

Driver Tran Duc H could not present papers proving his origin.

Currently, the Task Force has made a record of the incident and handed it over to Market Management Team No. 3, Ninh Binh Market Management Sub-Department to continue handling according to the provisions of law.
