Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee has just announced a list of 32 administrative procedures that have been amended and supplemented in the field of establishment and operation of enterprises. Many procedures have a processing time of only 1-3 working days.
According to the Decision just issued by Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee, the new list includes 32 provincial-level administrative procedures, covering activities from establishment, change of registration content, reorganization to temporary suspension and dissolution of enterprises.
Updating procedures include registration of private enterprises, limited liability companies, joint-stock companies, partnerships. Change of headquarters address, business name, business lines, charter capital, legal representative and tax registration information.
The list also stipulates procedures for registering branch operations, representative offices, business locations; division, separation, consolidation, merger, conversion of business types; re-issuance of certificates due to loss, fire, tearing, and damage; temporary suspension, resumption of business and dissolution of enterprises.
Notably, most procedures are resolved within 3 working days from the time of receiving complete and valid dossiers.
Some procedures take only 1 day, such as updating and supplementing business registration dossier information; changing information of beneficial owners; re-issuing certificates in some cases; notifying of temporary suspension or resuming business ahead of schedule.
Some other procedures have a resolution time limit of 2 days. The procedure for terminating branch operations, representative offices, and business locations is resolved from 2-5 days depending on the case.
People and businesses can submit dossiers directly, via post or online on the National Public Service Portal, the National Identification Application using an electronic identification account.
From July 1, 2025 to the end of December 31, 2026, business registration fees are applied at 50% of the collection level according to current regulations.
Cases of registration via electronic network are exempt from business registration fees.
Some procedures such as temporary business suspension, termination of branch operations, representative offices and dissolution of enterprises are also exempt from fees.
Procedures previously announced contrary to the new decision will be abolished.
