On October 8, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee officially issued a decision to announce the list of projects calling for investment in the province in the period of 2026 - 2030.
The list of projects covers many fields from urban, tourism, agriculture to healthcare, education. A total of 72 projects were called for, expected to create a strong boost for local socio-economic development.
According to the decision of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, the projects included in the investment calling list from now until 2030 include:
12 projects to auction land use rights; 58 projects to bid to select investors using land; 2 projects have been approved for investment policy according to current regulations.
Notably, many projects in key areas are being prioritized by the province such as: Urban development, tourism infrastructure, clean energy, water supply and drainage, healthcare and education.
The projects are divided into specific areas such as: Urban areas, residential areas: 25 projects (2 auctions, 21 bidding, 2 projects according to investment policies); Tourism has 3 projects (2 auctions, 1 bidding); Industry - Energy 12 projects (all bidding); Agriculture - Forestry 5 projects (all bidding); Water supply, waste treatment, cemeteries, cremation of 11 projects (all bidding); Transport infrastructure - Zones, Industrial Clusters 7 projects (1 auction, 6 bidding); Health - Education 6 projects (all bidding); Trade - Services: 3 projects (2 auctions, 1 bidding).
Lam Dong province emphasized that the projects were selected based on the development potential, actual needs and sustainable planning orientation of the locality.
The forms of investor selection will be implemented publicly and transparently in accordance with the provisions of law.
