On April 7, Cam Duong Ward People's Committee informed that the unit had just coordinated with Apatit Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize a conference to evaluate the results of implementing the coordination regulations between the two units.

After 2 months of implementing the Coordination Regulation No. 01 (issued on February 3, 2026), basic contents have been focused on implementation, initially creating changes in site clearance (GPMB) work.
The two units have organized 25 meetings, propaganda, and dialogues with 23 affected households under 3 projects; issued many notices mobilizing people to comply with the policy of land acquisition, compensation, support, and resettlement policies. Through mobilization, 5/6 households agreed, of which 4 households have been paid expenses.

For the Ngoi Dum - Dong Ho khai truong project, 8 land acquisition decisions have been issued with an area of nearly 3 hectares, 100% of households handed over the land. The compensation plan for 6 households with an area of more than 2.5 hectares has been approved, with a total cost of more than 6.1 billion VND.
At the Cam Duong 10 khai truong project, the plan and land recovery have been approved for 7/14 households, with an area of 3.9 ha; all households have handed over land and compensation costs of more than 2.4 billion VND.
For the Cam Duong 2 khai truong project, the locality has completed statistics of 4 households and 1 organization, with an area of more than 9.3 hectares. Among them, 4 households with an area of over 4 hectares are completing compensation plans, estimated cost of about 5 billion VND; the remaining area is continuing to complete dossiers.
Some existing issues from the previous phase have also been gradually resolved. 4 households at Cam Duong 2 project have handed over land; and 2 households that have not complied are continuing to be mobilized and dialogued.
At the same time, the ward has issued a second relocation notice for an area of more than 2 hectares previously leased by a business.
In the area of Da 1 village (opening school 10), 13 households have been organized for dialogue, but due to lack of land legal documents, they cannot pay, and the parties are continuing to coordinate to remove obstacles.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cam Duong ward Vu Hung Dung acknowledged the effectiveness of coordination between the two units, and at the same time proposed to continue to strengthen information exchange, proactively dialogue, and focus on thoroughly resolving existing problems. Thereby creating conditions to accelerate the progress of projects and promote local socio-economic development.
