The report also clearly states the production and business results of a number of State-owned enterprises and state-owned enterprises managed by the province. Accordingly, the whole province has 7 State-owned enterprises and 5 state-owned enterprises.

At the same time, lottery is a specific business activity with high risk. In 2018 alone, the company paid bonuses of more than 33.671 billion VND, accounting for 60% of lottery ticket sales revenue.
