12 leaders at the Customs units were transferred and appointed to new positions, with a tenure of 5 years until retirement.

The Ministry of Finance has just issued Decision No. 931/QD-BTC dated March 4, 2025 on the appointment and transfer of a series of civil servants to hold the positions of Head of the Department and equivalent under the Customs Department. According to this decision, 12 leaders at the Customs units were transferred and appointed to new positions, with a tenure of 5 years until retirement.

The specific list includes:

Ms. Pham Thi Thu Huong was transferred from the position of Director of the Inspection - Inspection Department to the position of Chief of Office.

Mr. Kim Long Bien was transferred from the position of Director of the Legal Department to hold the position of Head of the Legal Department.

Mr. Le Xuan Hue, from the position of Director of Thanh Hoa Customs Department, was transferred to hold the position of Head of the Inspection - Inspection Department.

Mr. Tran Quang Trung, from the position of Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, was transferred to the position of Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel.

Mr. Le Duc Thanh was transferred from the position of Director of the Department of Information Technology to hold the position of Head of the Department of Information Technology.

Mr. Dao Duy Tam, from the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Customs Management Supervision, was transferred to the position of Head of the Management Supervision Board.

Mr. Nguyen Sy Hoang, from the position of Deputy Director of the Post-clearance Inspection Department, was transferred to hold the position of Head of the Customs Tax Department.

Mr. Quach Dang Hoa, from the position of Director of the Da Nang City Customs Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Risk Management Department.

Mr. Trinh Van Nhuan, from the position of Deputy Director of the Quang Ninh Provincial Customs Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Finance - Administration Department.

Mr. Nguyen Nhat Kha, from the position of Director of the Risk Management Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Customs Inspection Department.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh, from the position of Director of Nghe An Provincial Customs Department, was transferred to hold the position of Head of the Inspection Department after clearance.

Mr. Vu Quang Toan, from the position of Director of the Anti-smuggling Investigation Department, was transferred to the position of Head of the Anti-smuggling Investigation Department.

The decision takes effect from March 15, 2025. The Ministry of Finance requires relevant units to carry out the handover and receipt of work in accordance with regulations, ensuring the stable operation of the Customs system during the personnel transfer period.
