Accordingly, agents were suspended from operations for a maximum period of 6 months, due to failure to report to customs authorities for 3 consecutive times or failure to ensure the conditions for agents to carry out customs procedures.
After a 6-month period, if the agency does not correct the violation and does not have a written request to continue operating, the General Department of Customs will issue a decision to terminate the operation according to regulations.
