Vietnam Customs Department appoints a series of new leaders

The Vietnam Customs Department announced the decision to appoint and transfer a series of senior leaders to perfect the apparatus and improve the efficiency of customs management.

The Vietnam Customs Department has just announced a series of decisions on the appointment and transfer of leadership personnel at many affiliated units.

Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 465/QD-BTC dated February 26, 2025 appointing Mr. Nguyen Van Tho to the position of Director of the Customs Department.

In addition, Decision No. 877/QD-BTC dated March 1, 2025 also officially appointed 03 Deputy Directors including: Mr. Luu Manh Tuong, Mr. Au Anh Tuan and Mr. Tran Duc Hung.

In addition, Decision No. 931/QD-BTC dated March 4, 2025 mobilizes and appoints 12 officials to hold the positions of Heads and equivalents at units under the Customs Department.

Customs Branch of Region I: Mr. Duong Phu Dong, Director of Hanoi Customs Department.

Customs Branch of Region II: Mr. Nguyen Hoang Tuan, Director of the Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department.

Customs Branch of Region III: Mr. Tran Manh Cuong, Director of Hai Phong Customs Department.

Customs Branch of Region IV: Mr. Tran Manh Hung, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Customs Department.

Customs Branch of Region V: Mr. Pham Chi Thanh, Director of Bac Ninh Customs Department.

Customs Branch of Region VI: Mr. Nguyen Van Hoan, Director of Lang Son Customs Department.
