Big gap in banking industry salaries
Bank employee salaries are always a topic of interest, especially when there is a strong differentiation between large and small banks.
Data from financial reports shows that, among the banks that have disclosed information, Techcombank, VIB, ACB and Saigonbank are the units that disclosed the average salary:
Techcombank: 41 million VND/person/month
VIB: 25.07 million VND/person/month
Saigonbank: 14 million VND/person/month
ACB: 13.6 million VND/person/month
Among them, ACB has the lowest average salary but the average income is still high thanks to bonuses and allowances. This reflects the difference in compensation policies between banks.
Techcombank continues to lead in average income
If considering total income (including salary, bonus and allowance), Techcombank still maintains the number one position with 48 million VND/person/month, far surpassing the remaining banks.
