Regarding administrative violations, the company exported goods as industrial products, but did not have an export license at 218 export declarations with products, from January 1, 2023 to July 27, 2024.
In which, for 8 declarations of goods that are industrial products with a value of less than 20 million VND, the fine is 120 million VND.
For 3 declarations of goods that are industrial products with a value of 20 million VND - under 50 million VND, the fine is 90 million VND.
For 3 declarations of goods that are industrial products with a value of VND 50 million - under VND 70 million, the fine is VND 150 million.
For 8 declarations of goods that are industrial products with a value of 70 million VND - under 100 million VND, the fine is 560 million VND.
For 196 declarations of goods that are industrial products with a value of over 100 million VND, the fine is 17.64 billion VND.
The total fine the company must pay is 18.56 billion VND.
The decision also clearly states that Hwaseung Chemical Vietnam Co., Ltd. must strictly comply with this penalty decision. If the company fails to voluntarily comply within the deadline, it will be forced to comply according to the provisions of law.
