According to the latest public list of the Thanh Hoa Tax Department of X Region, Sam Son City, many businesses are owing a huge amount of tax.
Leading the list is FLC Group Joint Stock Company, which owes 184.99 billion VND in taxes. This is also the highest figure in the entire list of tax-deading enterprises in the locality. Next is Olympia Civil Construction Company Limited with a debt of VND 9.31 billion, Trung Viet Construction, Trade and Tourism Company Limited with a debt of VND 8.18 billion.
In addition, the list also recorded dozens of other enterprises owing from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of VND, mainly operating in the fields of construction, tourism, services and real estate.
According to the Thanh Hoa Tax Department of Region X, the large tax debt of enterprises not only affects budget revenue but also affects the investment and business environment in the area. Thanh Hoa Provincial Tax Department said it is actively coordinating with relevant units to completely handle long-term tax debts, especially for businesses with financial capacity but delayed in tax obligations.
Currently, the Thanh Hoa Tax Department of Region 10 continues to closely monitor the situation, and at the same time publicizes the list of enterprises with periodic tax debts to enhance transparency and deterrence.
