Official dispatch sent to the Departments of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, Department of Industry and Trade, Management Board of Industrial Parks; Xuan Cam Commune People's Committee.
Accordingly, after considering the proposal of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board in the official dispatch dated January 19, 2026 on a number of industrial development contents in Xuan Cam commune according to the direction of the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee, there is the following opinion:
Assign the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Industrial Parks Authority, Xuan Cam Commune People's Committee to work with Phu My Group Joint Stock Company to review and advise the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the Planning of the expanded Hoa Phu Industrial Park sub-zone (to implement investment in the road connecting from provincial road 295 to the expanded Hoa Phu Industrial Park phase 2), and report the results before February 25, 2026.
The Management Board of Industrial Parks of the province proactively coordinates with the Department of Finance to review the industrial development plan to 2030, advising the Provincial People's Committee to consider updating and supplementing to the provincial plan to 2030 for 2 industrial parks in Xuan Cam commune if they meet sufficient conditions.
Agreeing in principle to add Chau Minh - Bac Ly - Huong Lam industrial park (phase 2) to the list of priority industrial park projects to be attracted by 2030 and allowing the receipt of investment proposals for infrastructure of Chau Minh - Bac Ly - Huong Lam industrial park (phase 2) after ensuring the conditions according to legal regulations.
Bac Ninh province currently has 43/52 industrial parks approved for planning, with a total area of over 13,000ha; of which 36 industrial parks have been approved for investment policy, with an area of about 10,500 ha.
As of the end of 2025, the whole province has 3,356 FDI projects in operation, with a total investment capital of about 46.7 billion USD, from 42 countries and territories.
