With the theme "Sustainable development in the new era: Turning aspirations into actions", the Vietnam Sustainable Development Business Forum 2025 (VCSF 2025) is organized by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and the Business Council for Sustainable Development (VBCSD).
The forum brings together leaders of the Government, state management agencies, international organizations, and the domestic and foreign business community to discuss and share practical solutions to promote sustainable development in the context of the country's deep integration and comprehensive innovation.
Speaking at the Forum, Mr. Pham Tan Cong, Chairman of VCCI, said: "In the atmosphere of the whole country looking forward to major national holidays, the Vietnamese business community - soldiers of peacetime, proud to accompany the nation in developing the economy in a sustainable and inclusive direction.

This is also the time when we need to actively participate in the process of restructuring the economy, transforming the growth model based on knowledge, high-quality human resources, science and technology; making Vietnam a high-income country by 2045".
As Co-Chairman of VBCSD, Mr. Binu Jacob, General Director of Nestle Vietnam, presented a speech on development and creating opportunities for the young generation - the core force to create a sustainable future for the country.
Nestle Vietnam has concretized its commitment through a series of long-term programs, typically the program to support young people in developing skills and career opportunities (Nestle Needs YOUth). Along with that are internship and training programs, along with a series of in-depth knowledge updates completely free on an online platform for young people.
Recently, Nestle Vietnam also participated in the "three-house" cooperation model with Ho Chi Minh City National University to implement initiatives on training, developing and connecting young talents in developing science, technology, innovation and digital transformation.

At the event, Mr. Binu Jacob was awarded a commemorative medal by VBCSD in recognition of his positive contributions to the 15-year journey of promoting sustainable development in Vietnam.
He shared: "We appreciate this recognition and consider it a source of motivation to continue to strive for a green, inclusive and sustainable future. With the support of VBCSD, the business community - including Nestle Vietnam - will continue to make practical contributions to realize the aspiration for sustainable development in the new era of the country".
Held annually since 2014, VCSF is the most important event of the year to promote dialogue on sustainable business development between the business community and the Vietnamese Government of VCCI in general and VBCSD in particular.
Meanwhile, Nestle Vietnam has been honored as a leading sustainable enterprise in the manufacturing sector for many consecutive years, thereby contributing to spreading good practices and promoting the country's sustainable development goals.
