The City People's Committee assigned the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade to urgently deploy and report on the progress of tasks in the assigned sub-zone, send to the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee for general synthesis; agree with the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the overall design plan of the assigned sub-zone, ensuring impressiveness, high aesthetics and demonstrating the characteristics of Hanoi's autumn.
In addition, the Department of Industry and Trade organizes a space to display innovative products - high technology to replace the space for textile and footwear products; at the same time, arranges areas for businesses to promote and connect trade.

The Hanoi Department of Health is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to ensure health care and food safety and hygiene in the fair grounds; urgently establish a Food Safety Control Working Group, in which the Department of Health is the Head; the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Department of Industry and Trade are the members. At the same time, medical staff were arranged to be on duty, fully prepared with equipment and medicine, ensuring first aid at the fair.

At the 2025 Autumn Fair, the "Tinh hoa hoa Ha Noi" subdivision will be chaired by the Hanoi People's Committee, recreating the thousand-year-old capital's culture through OCOP space, traditional craft villages, cuisine, tourism and art performances. Each booth here is a slice of elegant, sophisticated but no less modern Hanoi, giving visitors a clear feel of the unique identity of the capital in the brilliant fall.
The 2025 Autumn Fair will take place from October 25 to November 4, 2025 at the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), Dong Anh commune, Hanoi.
