On behalf of the Presidium to manage the election content of the 18th City Party Executive Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the 17th City Party Committee presented the Personnel Project of the 18th City Party Executive Committee prepared by the 17th City Party Executive Committee.
The personnel project clearly stated the requirements, standards, structure and proposed the number of members of the 18th City Party Executive Committee, including 75 delegates.
With high consensus, 100% of delegates voted to approve the number of members of the 18th City Party Executive Committee, term 2025-2030, including 75 delegates.
At the working session, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong also reported to the Congress the list of nominations for personnel of the 18th City Party Executive Committee.
Based on the Personnel Project of the 18th City Party Committee Executive Committee prepared by the 17th City Party Committee Executive Committee and approved by the Central Committee, the 17th City Party Committee Executive Committee has prepared a list of personnel nominations for the 18th City Party Committee Executive Committee, term 2025-2030 including 86 delegates (residence 14.67%).
After that, the delegates divided into groups to discuss the Personnel Project and elected the 18th Hanoi City Party Executive Committee.
As a result, the Congress elected all 75 delegates to the Executive Committee with a high percentage of the concentrated votes; the Secretary of the City Party Committee achieved the highest number of votes, 99.27%.
With a high sense of responsibility, democracy, intelligence and solidarity, the 18th Congress of the Hanoi City Party Committee has completed all the contents of the first official working day according to the set program.
The Congress will continue to work on October 17, 2025 with the following main contents: Report on the results of the first Conference of the Hanoi Party Committee Executive Committee, term XVIII, 2025-2030; elect delegates to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party; Discuss in the Hall; The City Party Committee Executive Committee, term XVIII, launched the Congress; passed the Resolution and closed the Congress.
