On October 17, information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that it had issued a decision on land recovery in Quynh Vinh commune, Hoang Mai town.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee reclaimed 48,278.5 square meters of land from Nghi Son Seafood Import-Export One Member Co., Ltd. belonging to land plots No. 194 and 195, map sheet No. 12 in Hoang Mai II Industrial Park, Quynh Vinh commune, Hoang Mai town.
The land was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee to the Management Board of Southeast Nghe An Economic Zone in Decision No. 398 dated July 16, 2019 and leased by the Management Board of Southeast Economic Zone in Decision No. 146 dated July 17, 2020.
The reason for land reclamation is that Nghi Son Seafood Import-Export One Member Co., Ltd. no longer needs to use the land and has submitted a voluntary application to return the land.
Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to revoke the Land Use Right Certificate No. CX 268359 and CX 268360 dated March 26, 2021 issued to Nghi Son Seafood Import-Export One Member Co., Ltd. for management according to regulations; hand over land in the field to Quynh Vinh Commune People's Committee for management and put into use according to approved planning; adjust cadastral records according to regulations.
Assign the People's Committee of Quynh Vinh commune to manage and preserve the entire area of recovered land mentioned above. At the same time, request Nghi Son Seafood Import-Export One Member Co., Ltd. to comply with the land recovery decision; hand over land and documents on land use rights to state agencies.
