Quang Ninh - Quang Ninh advocates relocating and converting the function of industrial facilities around Cua Luc Bay when the role of this bay is different from before.
Those industrial facilities include: Ha Long Cement Factory, Thang Long Cement Factory in the North of Cua Luc Bay, belonging to Thong Nhat commune - which is planned as the new provincial administrative center of Quang Ninh and Ha Long Shipyard, Cai Lan Port.
In previous years, businesses and investors were even invited to invest in large-scale industrial facilities at that time in areas around Cua Luc Bay.
At that time, this area was still remote, far from residential areas, but now the rapid urbanization process, along with re-planning and development orientation, these facilities have become inadequate, even though they have caused less pollution.
