The largest is Package 05: Construction of the project to renovate and pave sidewalks of inner-city roads in Lam Thao district. This construction package was widely bid, worth more than 50 billion VND, with a contract implementation period of 180 days.
The Project of Upgrading and paving sidewalks of inner-city roads in Lam Thao district was approved by the People's Committee of Lam Thao district on September 17, 2024, according to Decision No. 3076/QD-UBND. The total investment of this project is 60 billion VND from the state budget and other legally mobilized capital sources.
According to the documents, the investment objective of the project is: To renovate and improve the internal traffic system of the towns: Hung Son, Lam Thao; contribute to completing the criteria of civilized urban areas and completing the goal of building an advanced new rural district by 2025.
According to the design, the project has a total route length of 10,417.8 m, including 8 National Highway 32C routes and 7 inner-city routes: Cao Mai, Vu Due, Nguyen Dinh Tuong, Doan Cung, Nguyen Man Doc, Le Tinh and Hung Vuong Street.
The implementation content is to renovate and repair the sidewalks on the entire project. Add more grooves at the existing road edge. The width of the sidewalk depends on the current status of each location on each route. The design of the plan is based on maximizing the use of the old road, minimizing site clearance, balancing excavation and filling in the route, ensuring urban aesthetics, and consistency across the entire project.
The longitudinal profile is designed to match the elevation of the control points, ensuring the technical standards of the designed road level; The cross-section is renovated and renewed on both sides of the sidewalk for pedestrian traffic.

Along with the above bidding package, from January 1, 2025 to January 12, 2025, Phu Tho province is also implementing contractor selection for a number of bidding packages with quite large values such as:
Package No. 03: Construction of the project of Multi-purpose house and auxiliary items of Vu Due Secondary School, Lam Thao district - worth nearly 13 billion VND.
Package No. 04: Construction of the project to improve and upgrade rural roads in Zone 7 and Zone 8 connecting National Highway 2D to Phung Nguyen Commune, Lam Thao District - worth more than 13 billion VND.
Package No. 03: Construction of the project to improve, repair and upgrade route DH79 from the connection point of National Highway 2 (Km67+800) to the Ecological Lake, Zone 9, Dan Quyen Commune, Tam Nong District - worth more than 13 billion VND.
