Petrolimex dissolves and establishes new Departments and offices, arranges and arranges staff and workers in each position based on work efficiency and in accordance with each person's capacity to ensure normal and effective production and business activities of the group during and after restructuring. At the same time, the restructuring ensures unity and consistency in organization, management, direction and operation; meets the requirements of streamlining, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the group's operations in the direction of "Refined - Compact - Strong", synchronous with the streamlining of member units.
The Group has proactively implemented the organization, arrangement, and streamlining of units under the Group in accordance with the local government at two levels, through the selection of a consolidation form so that each province and city has only 1 petroleum trading unit.
In particular, gas stations in the old province/city selected as the administrative center of the new province will be directly managed by the new Company. For petroleum stations in the old province that are not the administrative center of the new province, based on the actual situation, research will be conducted to form affiliated branches.
After the arrangement and streamlining, from October 1, 2025, the Group has 34 gasoline companies in 34 provinces/cities, reducing 17 companies. The arrangement is supported by provincial/city authorities, so it does not affect business operations; does not affect the implementation of production and business plans in 2025 and the following years. The new organizational model has been officially operated smoothly since October 1, 2025.
