Searching for contractor to construct Nam La stream embankment
The Nam La Stream Embankment Project, Son La City, Phase II (from Tuoi Tre Lake to Tong Panh Bridge) - was approved by the People's Committee of Son La Province under Decision No. 1540/QD-UBND dated August 1, 2024.
This project belongs to group B, with a total investment of more than 267 billion VND, the Management Board of Investment Projects for Construction of Agricultural Works and Rural Development of Son La province is the investor of the project.
According to the investigation of Lao Dong Newspaper reporters at the National Bidding Network System, the project investor has just announced the invitation for bidding for Package No. 27: Construction and installation of the project.
The above package is widely bid online, priced at more than VND95 billion from the provincial budget land use fee revenue; the bid payment time is on August 20; the package implementation time is 480 days.
In the plan to select contractors for the Nam La stream embankment project, Son La city, phase II (from Tuoi Tre lake to Tong Panh bridge) has just been adjusted at the end of July 2025, along with package No. 27, there are 13 other packages (including consulting, supervision, insurance packages, etc.).

Also in Son La province, at the same time as the Nam La stream embankment project sought a contractor, the Traffic Construction Investment Component Project, part of the Hoa Binh - Moc Chau Expressway Construction Investment Project, the section in Son La province also announced the bidding (3rd time) Package No. 26: Construction of Km53 - Km63+500.
Package No. 26 costs more than VND 1,303 billion, constructing a section of the route of more than 10.5km long with the route from the starting point of the project (Km53+00) running along Mek stream through Suoi Mek village, Phieng Cha village, Chieng Yen commune, old Van Ho district (now Van Ho commune), continuing along the mountainside, along the current trail, to the old Muong Men commune (now Van Ho commune) the route turns left along the left side of Tan stream and intersects with the regeneration road at the end point of the section at Km63+500.
On this route, there are 2 interconnecting intersections: Chieng Yen Intersection (Km53+600) and Muong Men Intersection (Km62+770); designed to build 2 new underpasses for people at the intersection of the expressway with the locality at Km58+161 and at Km62+762.
Along with that, the route has a total of 10 bridges, including: Suoi Pha Bridge at Km54+165.92; Chieng Yen 1 Bridge at Km55+738.60; Chieng Yen 2 Bridge at Km56+687.44; Chieng Yen 3 Bridge at Km57+071.27; Suoi Cang Bridge at Km60+283.50; Muong Men 1 Bridge at Km62+153.67; Muong Men 2 Bridge at Km62+355; N1 branch bridge at IC4 intersection Km0+436.61; N2 Branch Bridge over IC4 intersection Km0250+630.70.
