According to the urgent dispatch issued by the Tax Department (Ministry of Finance), the Tax Department requires tax branches in the temporary suspension area to issue a decision to inspect taxes at taxpayer headquarters until the restructuring of the organizational apparatus is completed.
For tax inspection decisions that have been issued and are being implemented, the Tax Department directs inspection teams to urgently complete inspection work and issue decisions to handle administrative violations in accordance with legal regulations. At the same time, all inspection results must be fully integrated into the tax industry's management applications before July 1, 2025.
The goal is to ensure that tax inspection work is not interrupted during the restructuring period, as well as create favorable conditions for handing over work records in the field of tax inspection, improving management efficiency immediately after completing the arrangement.
