2 million business households will be given 3 months of free use of software to support conversion from contract tax to declaration.

In order to meet the policy of eliminating contract taxes expected to take effect from January 1, 2026, MISA Joint Stock Company officially announced the implementation of a special accompanying program, giving free MISA eShop tax declaration and sales software to 2 million business households (HKD) nationwide from today (October 10).

To support businesses in their journey to eliminate contract taxes and switch to paying taxes by declaration, MISA has launched a 3-month free gift program using MISA eShop software for 2 million businesses nationwide.

Business households that have not used MISA products can register to receive free software without requiring conditions or incurring costs. This helps businesses easily access digital technology, proactively get used to new processes without worrying about business interruptions.

According to this policy, businesses that register will experience MISA eShop software - a pioneering comprehensive sales management and declaration platform "6 in 1" in Vietnam.

Each software package donated includes: 5,000 electronic invoices to help issue invoices correctly and quickly; sales management service to support sales, payment, revenue tracking, inventory, debt anytime, anywhere; tax declaration service to automatically synthesize data, prepare declarations and pay taxes on time; with electronic digital signatures to serve transactions and convenient declaration procedures.

Thanks to the ability to directly connect to the Mtax system, the entire " open - sign - Submit" process is performed completely on a single application, helping businesses save time, costs and minimize errors in the tax declaration process.

The "6 in 1" design activity is optimal for small businesses and traders at markets and stores, including all operations from sales - issuing invoices - tax declaration - digital signature - paying taxes through the Mtax portal - accounting books on a single application. Thereby helping businesses comply with tax regulations quickly, accurately and easily, even without in-depth understanding of accounting.

Regarding sales and invoice issuance, MISA eShop integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, allowing voice order entry - a feature that is friendly for older or less technology-using homeowners.

By using voice, sellers can easily create content and issue invoices without complicated operations. After issuing the invoice, the data will be automatically sent to the tax authority, ensuring compliance with regulations without encountering errors. In addition, AI also supports automatic identification of revenue - expenditure, inventory, warehouse import, and revenue synthesis.

Regarding tax declaration and payment, MISA eShop software helps businesses prepare tax declarations according to the prescribed form, declarations quickly, correctly, and sufficiently without having to "tests and mistakes". In particular, MISA eShop is integrated - connected to the Tax Department's Mtax to help businesses pay taxes directly on the software without having to access any other information portal. At the same time, MISA eShop has a design of an Electronic Accounting Book to automatically record revenue, expenses, interest/ loss, form a valid accounting system, serve tax inspection, borrowing and business expansion in the future.

To support business households nationwide, Mr. Le Hong Quang - General Director of MISA said: "MISA mobilizes more than 3,000 specialists and 1,000 accounting partners and tax agents to directly guide business households in 34 provinces and cities nationwide - from the online environment to each traditional market and alley".

This program helps traders confidently transform, ensuring success in complying with new regulations throughout the development stages.

In parallel, MISA built an "Easy Tax Opening Knowledge portfolio - our sales feel secure" with more than 1,000 articles and a series of videos analyzing new tax policies. In addition, there are live Livestreams, series of seminars, and training sessions in person and online to answer the new tax policy with experts and local tax authorities. The program helps business households grasp the regulations throughout the development stages, confidently converting to declaration or enterprise.
