Those are the projects: Cua Luc Bay wharf service urban area, Bai Chay ward, Viet Hung ward and commercial, service, and tourism urban area in Cam Pha, Cua Ong wards and Con Ong - Hon Net seaport, Cua Ong ward.
The Chairman of Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested T&T Group to absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, and continue to study and complete the planning ideas and plans.
In which, for the project idea of the Cua Luc Bay area, Bai Chay and Viet Hung wards: In the direction of expanding the urban development space of Quang Ninh province, the Cua Luc Bay area is identified as the "heart" of the multi-polar urban model, centrally linked.
Planning towards a multi-polar, smart, green growth city, synchronous infrastructure, developing international standard marinas to serve tourism, services and regional linkages. It is necessary to assess the current geological status; build the idea of symbolic works, create unique, modern features, highlight the value and advantages of the Cua Luc Bay area in the new urban structure of the province, ensuring harmony with urban development and lasting the bay ecosystem.
Key contents to note include: Affirming the role of Cua Luc Bay area as the center of urban development of old Ha Long and Quang Ninh in the multi-polar urban structure; the planning plan must be leading, creating a spreading dynamic for the entire area.
Planning ideas need to be breakthrough and strong; study taking the image of "Dragon" in space organization and highlight works such as the theater, Cua Luc 2 bridge and typical public spaces, contributing to creating a unique urban image with high competitiveness and recognition.
Pay special attention to the organization of architectural landscape space and environmental protection; improve the quality of bay-side space, conserve ecosystems, strictly control development impacts, towards building green and sustainable urban areas.
For the Cam Pha, Cua Ong and Con Ong - Hon Net seaport area projects: Quang Ninh identifies the marine economy as one of the important driving forces to promote sustainable growth and improve the competitiveness of the economy. In which, Con Ong - Hon Net port is a driving force, prioritizing investment and implementation according to the PPP cooperation model to gradually build a sustainable economic ecosystem towards green, modern and sustainable growth.
