The project aims to invest in building housing for the armed forces of the People's Police (social housing for sale, lease-purchase, lease for officers and soldiers) in Hung Yen province.
Total land use area is about 51,135 m2, of which traffic land, parking lots and technical infrastructure is about 7,128 m2; green land, water surface is about 5,100 m2; kindergarten land is about 4,730 m2; residential land is about 34,177 m2 (including 27,440 m2 of social housing and 6,737 m2 of commercial housing). Total construction density is about 41%.
The total floor area of the main building is about 194,758 m2, including the floor area of social housing (15 above-ground floors) about 161,073 m2 and the floor area of commercial housing (5 above-ground floors) about 33,685 m2. The project scale meets about 1,406 apartments, including 1,332 social housing units and 74 low-rise commercial housing units.
The total investment of the project is about 2.2 trillion VND, from equity capital, bank loans and other legal capital sources as prescribed. The project is expected to be implemented from the first quarter of 2026 to the second quarter of 2028.
In which, in the first quarter of 2026, investment policy approval will be implemented, and investors will be assigned; in the second quarter of 2026, investment preparation, site clearance and commencement will be carried out; from the third quarter of 2026 to the end of the second quarter of 2028, construction items will be constructed; in the third quarter of 2028, acceptance will be completed and put into operation and use.
The operating term of the project is 50 years from the date of land allocation or land lease.
The announcement of the decision approving the investment policy of the project is an important milestone, showing determination in ensuring logistics, barracks and caring for the lives of officers and soldiers. When completed, the project will contribute to stabilizing accommodation, creating conditions for People's Police officers and soldiers to feel secure in their work and successfully complete their assigned tasks.
