On April 16, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Group appointed Mr. Bui Ngoc Duc - General Director of the Group - to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Luong Ngoc Huy.
At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Truong Son - Deputy General Director of Investment, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Services - was appointed as General Director of the Group.
This move takes place in the context of the enterprise preparing to hold a General Meeting of Shareholders, which is considered a step to consolidate the management apparatus and prepare for the next development stage.
According to the business's orientation, this is the time for Dat Xanh to reposition before entering a new growth cycle, starting from restructuring the brand and operating model.
The focus of this process is to redefine the two core business areas, including real estate development and real estate services, thereby clarifying the role and strategy of each sector in the ecosystem.
Mr. Bui Ngoc Duc graduated as a construction engineer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture and completed an MBA program at Open University of Malaysia. With more than 25 years of experience, he has participated in the development of many large projects of international corporations in Singapore, Australia, Korea and Indonesia, and has experience in international cooperation.
Attached to Dat Xanh for more than 12 years, Mr. Duc played an important role in establishing the operating platform through standardizing processes and internal management systems. In 2018, he took on the position of CEO, before being appointed General Director for the period 2020-2026. In the context of a volatile market, he led the business to maintain stable operations, control risks and prepare the foundation for the recovery phase.
Mr. Nguyen Truong Son graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Hanoi University of Commerce and completed an MBA program at Maastricht University (Netherlands). Joining Dat Xanh in 2011, his 15-year journey at the business is associated with core business areas.
