The current status of this area is production forest land, low hills, located near the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal road, one of the most beautiful coastal routes in the country.
The project is expected to start construction in August 2025.
Quang Hanh Ward was established on the basis of merging 3 wards of the old Cam Pha City, including: Quang Hanh, Cam Thach and Cam Thuy.
With a special location, located on the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal road, with special resources such as hot, saline mineral water, exploited at a depth of hundreds of meters underground, Quang Hanh ward has attracted many key projects with large investment capital and is oriented to become a high-quality tourism, service and commercial center of Quang Ninh.
Currently, in Quang Hanh, there is the Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh Japanese-standard hot spring resort complex invested by Sun Group. Since 2020, the resort has been in operation with a total investment of over VND 3,500 billion, becoming a bright spot in developing traditional Japanese onsen-style health care tourism.
Sun Group is continuing to research and build Yoko Park, implementing the project to expand the Quang Hanh mineral stream resort, health care and ecological urban complex. The project is oriented to develop into a multi-functional hot mineral park, including commercial neighborhoods, high-end resorts, theme parks, health therapy areas, 5-star hotels, creating a "closed tourism ecosystem" serving domestic and international tourists.
In addition, Vingroup Corporation is studying investment in a large-scale coastal eco-resort urban area, with subdivisions of resorts, hotels, yachts, shopping malls and cultural and culinary experience spaces, synchronized with smart infrastructure.
In the ward, there are also projects: Ngoc Island of TTP Group, Geological hot mineral bath area of the Coal industry...
