Dong Nai Provincial Inspectorate has just announced inspection conclusion No. 94/KL-TT dated December 10, 2025 on inspection of compliance with legal regulations on maintaining conditions in the field of petroleum business at Long Thanh Trading Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as Long Thanh Company), headquartered in Long Thanh commune, Dong Nai province.
The Dong Nai Provincial Inspectorate concluded that Long Thanh Company still has some shortcomings, limitations, and specific violations: Long Thanh Company is not fully implementing periodic registration/registration for adjustment of the gasoline and oil distribution system as required; Long Thanh Company's use of employees directly doing business at gasoline and oil retail stores (business stores No. 1, No. 2, No. 6 and Bau Nung Store) while not being trained and professionally trained in fire prevention and environmental protection is not in accordance with regulations.
The Department of Industry and Trade did not appraise and review the dossiers, leading to Long Thanh Company operating in parallel in 2 forms: both a trader receiving the right to retail gasoline and oil and a gasoline and oil retail agent, which is not in accordance with regulations.
“Responsibility for the above-mentioned shortcomings and violations belongs to Long Thanh Company, the Department of Industry and Trade and related organizations and individuals” - The Inspection Conclusion clearly stated.
Long Thanh Company has also not arranged a separate toilet area for customers at Bau Nung store, which is not in accordance with regulations...
From the above conclusions, the Chief Inspector of the province proposed that the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee direct the Department of Industry and Trade to guide Long Thanh Company to specifically identify the form of gasoline and oil business according to regulations; Organize self-criticism and handle the responsibilities of collectives and individuals involved in causing errors...
Handling administrative violations of Long Thanh Company 76.5 million VND
The Chief Inspector of the province transferred the case file related to administrative violations in the field of gasoline and oil business of Long Thanh Company to the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade for consideration and handling according to the provisions of law. Accordingly, the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 183/QD-XPHC dated November 19, 2025 on sanctioning administrative violations against Long Thanh Company, with a total amount of 76.5 million VND.
