National Power Transmission Corporation has a new chairman

    The National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) has just announced Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of Hanoi Power Corporation, as Chairman.

    Implementing the provisions of Decree No. 47/2021/ND-CP dated April 1, 2021 of the Government (Decree No. 47/2021/ND-CP) on detailing a number of articles of the Enterprise Law, including regulations on information disclosure of state-owned enterprises and based on Resolution No. 34/NQ-HDTV dated May 29, 2026 of the Member Council of the National Power Transmission Corporation (EVNNPT) on organizing information disclosure according to the provisions of law and Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), EVNNPT announced changes to EVNNPT Member Council members.

    Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Quang Trung, Deputy General Director of Hanoi City Power Corporation, was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of EVNNPT Member Council (effective from August 10, 2026).
