According to the Statistics Office (Ministry of Finance), some localities with IIP achieved a fairly high increase due to the processing and manufacturing industry; the electricity production and distribution industry increased.
On the contrary, some localities have a low IIP index due to the processing and manufacturing industry; the mining industry and the electricity production and distribution industry increase or decrease.
The top 5 localities with the strongest industrial index increase are Phu Tho with an increase of 47.3% over the same period last year. Followed by Tra Vinh with an increase of 40.5%; Bac Kan increased by 28.1%; Bac Giang increased by 26.3%; Hoa Binh increased by 21.4%.

Hoa Binh - among the top 5 localities with the highest IIP increase
Hoa Binh is among the top 5 localities with the highest IIP growth rate in the country, with a growth rate of 21.4%. According to the report of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, the industrial production index increased due to the mining industry increasing by 50.82%, the processing and manufacturing industry increasing by 21.15%, electricity production and distribution increasing by 66.61%.
In particular, the electricity output in the month is estimated at 552 million kWh, an increase of 63.1% over the same period last year, contributing to stabilizing the energy source for production and daily life in the area.
