Ms. Luu Thi Thuong - Project Director of MICC Group, said that Pearl Island creates a rare "fierce" heat. The entire system operates continuously until late at night to update bookings and support customers. Apartments located near the sea, with direct view of Nam Chon Bay or near amenities become the focus of fierce competition.
“We have participated in distributing many large projects but very rarely see products maintaining continuous heat like Pearl Island. In just 4 days after the kick-off ceremony, the company recorded more than 150 bookings. Many investors are willing to spend money first, choose the next apartment to maintain priority rights on the apartment assembly day,” Ms. Luu Thi Thuong revealed.
According to Ms. Thuong, what makes the market maintain a strong interest in Pearl Island also stems from the need to own irreversible asset lines and almost no similar supply in the future. Investors understand that if they miss this stage, there will be no second opportunity.
