This area has a great advantage in connectivity when located in a favorable radius to the airport, key highways, along with the railway system and logistics hubs according to future planning.
Not only stopping at a real estate project, the urban area is expected to become a new development pole in the East of Buon Ma Thuot, playing a role in connecting the emerging economic ecosystem. According to the planning idea, the project is developed according to a multi-functional mixed-use urban model, with the core being the Central Highlands Financial - Banking Center (CBD), combining commerce, services, night economy, sports, culture and high-quality housing.
Notably, the project has the idea of "Solaris City - City of Light", towards a modern city but still bearing the identity of the Central Highlands, combining indigenous cultural values with a new urban space, creating a unique mark for the region.
